RuneLocus Perks are special, free bonuses that a RSPS can acquire with their entry on the RSPS list. The perks are here to motivate servers to keep pushing their votes throughout the whole month, instead of just after the monthly reset.
What perks does RuneLocus have?
Below is a list of our current perks. Perks are automatically removed from a server in case it no longer meets the requirements. As the perks are still in beta, there’s a chance we will adjust the requirements every now and then.
Perk 1: Unlock participation in Server of the Week
Once a week, our system selects a new Server of the Week.
Requirements:
- Successful integration of incentive voting using our the RuneLocus callback.
- At least 50 votes in the past 24 hours (includes previous month, if votes just reset).
- A positive vote trend in the past 2 weeks (eg: 50 votes in week no. 2, 60 votes in week no. 3 = chance on becoming SOTW in week no. 4).
Perk 2: Unlock YouTube video on server's information page
Grants a server access to the use of YouTube videos instead of static screenshots.
Requirement:
- 50 votes in the past 7 days (includes previous month).
- Server information text consisting of 150+ words. We consider the server information text very important.
Perk 3: Unlock YouTube video at RSPS list index
Grab some extra exposure by showing a video on the index of the RSPS List.
Requirements:
- 75 votes in the past 24 hours (includes previous month).
- Server information text consisting of 150+ words.
Perk 4: Unlock server logo on RSPS list index
A great way to give your brand awareness an extra boost.
Requirements:
- 20.000+ all-time votes
